Yoga will continue in the Community school Gorey from January 2012. Dates and times will be announed.
Classes for January 2012 include :
Body Sculpting (aerobic and toning exercise class for weight loss and overall fitness) on Monday nights at 7.15pm.
Indian Head Massage for home use begins January 2012 on Wednesday nights at 7.00pm
